Product details

The RFM69HCW module is a cost-effective and versatile radio module. You can use it to send text or binary data between two or up to a hundred modules. It is ideal for building affordable short-range wireless networks for home and building automation, sensor networks, automated meter readings, wireless alarm and security systems, industrial monitoring and control, as well as many other applications. The RFM69HCW transceiver module operates over a wide frequency range, including frequency bands of 315, 433, 868, and 915 MHz. All major RF communication parameters are programmable, and most can be dynamically adjusted. The RFM69HCW is optimized for low power consumption while providing high RF output power and conductive operation. The VMA348 RFM69HCW transceiver breakout board highlights all pins and the antenna connection. Each module comes with pre-soldered headers, a 3.3V voltage regulator, and a step switch that can operate with 3-5V DC power supply and logic, allowing you to use it with 3V or 5V devices. You will need to solder a small piece of wire to create your antenna, or you can add a UFL or SMA edge connector and attach an external antenna. By using the provided library, the board's frequency can be set to any frequency from 240.0 MHz to 960.0 MHz with 61 Hz precision.
