Product details
The SilentStepStick TMC2130 V2 from Watterott is a highly advanced stepper motor driver based on the Trinamic TMC2130. This innovative product is designed to significantly reduce noise during the operation of stepper motors, making it ideal for applications where quiet operation is required. The driver supports a continuous current of up to 1.2 A (RMS) and a peak current of 2.5 A, allowing for powerful control of stepper motors. To fully utilize its capabilities, the installation of a heatsink is necessary, which is not included. The SilentStepStick TMC2130 V2 also offers microstepping capabilities of up to 256 microsteps, resulting in smooth and low-vibration movements. It is compatible with the RAMPS 1.4 board and the Arduino CNC Shield, making it excellent for 3D printers, small CNC milling machines, and other mechanical Arduino projects.
- Easy configuration via SPI interface
- StealthChop2 mode for quiet operation
- SpreadCycle mode for high dynamics and torque
- CoolStep automatic current adjustment
- StallGuard2 sensorless motor load detection.
