The new Unibox HD eco+ with Linux operating system comes from Venton and features a plug & play tuner slot. It is delivered with a built-in 2x DVB-C/T2 HDTV tuner. Additionally, the HD eco+ is characterized by its new processor, which provides fast channel switching times, a clear menu navigation, extensive setting and expansion options, as well as excellent HD picture quality. Not only are USB PVR recordings possible, but direct recordings can also be made to an optionally installed 2.5-inch hard drive (please note, it is delivered without PVR functionality). Integration into the home network and the possibility of internet connectivity complete the overall package of the Unibox HD eco+. The tuner can be replaced at any time with another dual tuner (pluggable tuner).
