Sonero Displayport – Displayport

The 8K DisplayPort 1.4 cables from Sonero are designed for lossless AV transmission with perfect picture and sound quality. The cable connects source and display devices with a DisplayPort connection and is suitable for resolutions up to 8K / UltraHD-2 / 4320p at 60 Hz, with a bandwidth of 32.4 Gbps. It supports HDCP up to version 2.2 and is equipped with the familiar DisplayPort locking system, as well as support for the MST (Multi Stream Transport) function, which allows multiple monitors to be operated simultaneously from a single DisplayPort connection. The cable also supports Display Stream Compression (DSC 1.2), which automatically compresses signals with excessive bandwidth for transmission. Additionally, it features forward error correction, full HDR and Rec.2020 color space support, as well as up to 32 audio channels starting from DisplayPort version 1.4.

Thanks to triple shielding and the use of high-purity, rigid copper conductors, the Sonero DisplayPort cables are well protected against interference, including from mobile phones and radio sources. The precisely fitting connectors with ABS plastic housings feature gold-plated contacts, ensuring an optimal connection with maximum transmission quality and long-lasting corrosion protection. With an outer diameter of only 6.3 or 7.3 mm and a flexible PVC outer sheath, it can also be used in tight spaces. The cable is also fire-resistant according to the VW-1 specification, making it suitable for critical areas.
