With the Solis Teppanyaki@Home you bring Japanese cuisine to your home and prepare delicious Far Eastern delicacies on the generous grill plate. The table grill has two infinitely variable and separately adjustable heating zones. A drain for oil, grease and other liquids is already integrated in the grill plate. Included in the delivery are a Teppanyaki bell as well as two practical reversible putties. Braise meat, cook fish, steam vegetables, fry rice: These foods simply belong to a real Teppanyaki evening. Frying on the stainless steel surface has many advantages: the surface heats up very quickly. Food is only fried for a short time - so nutrients and vitamins are preserved. This grill is also suitable for plancha dishes. The Teppanyaki@Home from Solis has a solid stainless steel housing (brushed). The grill surface is also made of stainless steel - just like the large Teppanyaki grill in the Asian restaurant of the Japanese. The grill food is prepared in a flash, as the surface heats up very quickly. Sauté the meat, steam the vegetables. This is possible thanks to two separate heating zones (left/right), which are infinitely variable. This means that different foods can always be fried at the optimum temperature without burning anything. Basically you have to use a little oil for the Teppanyaki grill. This makes the food preparation very healthy. Liquids such as oil, meat juice and herbs flow directly into the integrated juice channel and from there into the fat collecting drawer. The grill surface remains clean and splashes are minimized. The 2'000 Watt (2x 1'000 Watt) grill has two stepless temperature controls: meat, fish and vegetables can be fried at the right temperature at the same time without having to take them off the grill earlier. Complete dishes with side dishes can therefore be prepared. The temperature controllers are equipped with a light indicator.
