Product details
The SL Rack Alpha plate is a versatile roof replacement plate suitable for nearly all types of roof tiles. It offers a flexible roof connection and reduces the number of required connections by up to 60%, making installation more efficient. The plate is designed for high snow loads of up to 1,500 kg and contributes to simplified inventory management. No mechanical cutting is required, minimizing the risk of tile breakage. The height of the rail can be easily adjusted using a pre-assembled clamping combination, and only a Torx TX40 tool is needed for installation. Sealing is achieved through a UV-resistant EPDM rubber sleeve, which, along with the raised edges of the plate, ensures reliable tightness. The plate's grooves create wind-calmed zones that effectively drain water. Additionally, an integrated snow and ice deflector is included, further enhancing the plate's functionality. The Alpha plate can be installed in a single layer or in a cross-bonded manner and is made of high-quality rolled aluminum sheet.
