    Caution.

    Zoom delivers almost no bad products but this one is only suitable for standalone and the promised audio interface does not work on Windows due to a lack of suitable drivers. On MAC it comes with considerable latency and returns strange channel settings.
    Do not buy for the time being, wait for driver development. We are returning the product.

    Perfect for my needs

    This mixer is superb and works like a charm. I love the flexibility of being able to record to an SD card and/or send the audio stream to a computer via the USB connection. I recommend this mixer to anyone who wants an all-in-one solution WITHOUT the need for a computer to record!

    Zoom L-20

    I bought the L-20 primarily for multi-channel recordings, and in this respect the L-20 meets my requirements completely. The possibilities for using it as a mixing console for sound reinforcement (I assume this is the primary use) are very convincing. However, the fact that yesterday, one week after my purchase, the device was available with a 15% discount was quite a shock to me.

    mega device for home studio

    • great user experience
    • rich input/output
    • decent FX section

    Contra

    • cannot set different tempo within single project (within price range nobody cat though)
    • no track editing capabilities (like cut, shift etc)
    • inconvenient file import export (only with USB thumb drive)
    • cannot sync tempo from external source

    Ok device, great Digitec service!

    I have been thinking about this device for a long time and for a short time Digitec had it on offer for a great price. I bought it right away. I am very happy with the purchase, the device and Digitec's treatment.

    Update     09.2021
    But somehow a disappointment. No "Undo" option and no effect send/return. So, I think to sell it and buy a Tascam Model 16.
