within a month defective with moderate use /edit:replacement device has not lasted 2 months.
First device was used normally and was defective mach just 2-3 months, after return process Kamm the replacement device, and lo and behold mach not even 2 months it was defective with the same error.

I just moved into my new apartment and I needed a new vacuum cleaner. I was looking for a wireless one below 300 CHF with nice design, easy to use / clean / empty. This vacuum cleaner has a lot if you consider its price. You do not have to use a lot of muscle power to unmount the pieces by pressing stupid knobs. The design is clean, knob-free, pieces perfectly fit in one another and the battery can be detached from the main body. The cleaner does not need a station attached to a wall, so no need to ruin you apartment walls. Cleaning is super easy. If you live with a girlfriend you may know that there might be hairs around. This vacuum cleaner comes with a cleaning head that has a new hair-cut system: hairs will not be stuck in the head but they will be cut and sucked directly into the dust collector that is super easy to empty! I never had to stick my fingers into the cleaning head to free it from hairs and other stuff. Battery life is good, eco modus is already quite strong and it can last 45 minutes. The power mode is insanely strong and it lasts 15 min. Mixed use I would say 30 min. Never felt the need to use the power mode and I think for average 3.5-5 room apartment one charge is just right also because one pass is enough to get a good-quality clean (no need to move the cleaning head over and over on the same spot).

Quite satisfied overall
I had a Dyson V7 Motorhead and switched to the Xiaomi. Overall, I would say I prefer the Xiaomi mainly for its very sleek and neutral design (the Dyson was bright blue), and also for the LED function that displays the battery. The material that makes it up also feels more robust than the Dyson and the finish is better.
A very welcome feature is that the dust container can be safely emptied, unlike the Dyson. The battery can be removed and you can open the container and put your hands in without fear of turning on the hoover by mistake.
When the Xiaomi is charging and in use, you can see the % of battery on a screen in front of you. This is very handy for knowing when the device is fully charged and when it is running out of power.
The Dyson V7 lasted up to 15 minutes max at maximum level, the Xiaomi lasts 5 minutes.
There is a big difference in suction between level 2 and 3, level 1 is almost useless.
The main nozzle (the long one with the "turbine") does not suck up incredibly well at level 2. The turbine hits the furniture and makes it impossible to vacuum raised or rounded surfaces. The nozzle also makes a bit of noise.
In the box that comes with the Xiaomi, there is a nozzle with wipes to be able to vacuum and clean at the same time (I never used it though, because I forgot).
The container often needs to be emptied as all the debris accumulates in the middle, or sometimes gets stuck to the back.Pro

Absolutely miserable condition in resale.
Have purchased the product in resale and immediately returned. The wall mount was missing, which actually belongs to the product. The vacuum cleaner was very dirty and soiled. Medium traces of use are one thing, but to resell a product without cleaning it briefly before is the lowest drawer! There were still cleaning dirt and hair from the previous buyer on it. Absolutely shabby service @Digitec!
Great and why pay more?
With this product, MI once again shows that they offer high-quality products at very fair prices. I am thrilled.

I bought this hoover from Galaxus, after a little over a year, it broke down, the brush does not turn and the battery lasts little, the power has dropped.

First vacuum cleaner broke after a few days, the replacement is now after a year also broken and no longer sucks. Vacuum cleaner will not buy again.
Poor product in every way!!!
Ordered in November 2020, by January 2021 it would not turn on, they sent me a new replacement product, after 8 months of normal use, exact same problem.
I would not recommend this product to anyone!!!Cheap -> quickly broken

Am enthusiastic about this product. Only the battery lasts on the highest level about 15min, in the middle 30-45min and on the lowest level 1Std. My apartment (125m2) with parquet and flagstones is excellent clean in an hour.
In the delivery is a small rotating brush, an extension bar and a normal floor nozzle. In addition, a small nozzle and a brush. I have not yet used the wet wipes.
Both the emptying and cleaning is very easy.
What I like best is the maneuverability and that it runs smoothly. The biggest minus is that you always have to hold the button down to vacuum. If you switch it off for a moment, you have to wait 1-2 seconds for it to start up again.Pro
