Small and practical
Really small and can be placed anywhere. The bluetooth connection allows you to follow the temperature evolution on your phone over time. I have some doubts about the accuracy but I will test it in time

Hardware flop, SW okay
No idea what Xiaomi has ridden here with this version 2. Virtually all the changes that have been made are aggravations. I like the "old" (round) version of the Mi Temperature and Humidity Monitor very much. This thing doesn't even seem to be from the same manufacturer, so cheap and poorly made is the hardware. The display is barely readable (especially from the side) and has become much smaller, you have to get very close to read the numbers. Nevertheless, they thought it necessary to block a part of the display with a pointless emoji. The stylish round & matte case has also been replaced by cheap square & shiny plastic. And it no longer has a rotating wall mount to change the battery -- the case is glued directly to the wall. Furthermore, they have switched from AAA batteries new to CR2032 button cells. Really the only advantage of this version 2: historical data is automatically recorded in the app, even without a bridge or additional hardware.

Temperature is not correct
I've had it for almost a year now. The temperature is never right. I have compared it with temperatures from various other devices, the others all show the same, only the Xiaomi shows 2 degrees Celsius too much. So unusable. The temperature cannot be adjusted in the app.

Vey Small in every thing
No batteries delivered, very annoying. Give the client the possibility to pay for an extra service (few more Frs) to get a complete working material. You have to indicate to the clients that the item will be delivered without batteries and please give them the model of the batteries while purchasing. I am not happy and I do not know why people are happy with this product which is impossible to read because it is very small. I will give 3 stars hoping that there will be some improvements. I am sorry but I can’t recommend this to other as I used to do every time when I am sending my rating.
