Even though I’ve described more negatives than positive and delivery took 2 extra days longer, I am very please with the 4K projector, once it’s up and running.
Somewhat confused with why only 2 year warranty, and if you buy directly from Xiaomi.ch it comes with 5 years

Unpleasant frequency / high tone / It feels like you have a tinnitus.
Picture as well as design top. But too loud and the high frequency make no fun.

Cinephiles: Hands off this "shiny" part! You get action, fantasy and sci-fi brilliantly projected with it because they are even noisier than the fan. But every quiet film is ruined by the fan.

I have read good as well as bad things about the beamer before buying it. Now I would like to share my experience with the device after the purchase. I use the projector in conjunction with a Celexon CLR HomeCinema UST screen.
The setup works intuitively and easily. Keystone correction and focus are easy to adjust. After a short setup time of a few minutes, nothing stands in the way of the movie night.
In my living room with large windows, the brightness is comparable to a TV even in rainy weather. From light cloud cover, the beamer slowly reaches its performance limit in terms of brightness. However, I was really surprised how much daylight the picture is still good. In the evening, with the room lights on, the brightness is comparable to a regular TV. The resolution and the image display can not be complained about, although I do not yet look in 4K due to the slightly older receiver.
The often complained about fan is not very important in my opinion. The fan is quickly drowned out as soon as playback starts and does not bother me at all.
Now to the only disadvantages in my opinion:
The CEC control somehow bites with my other devices. When changing the input channel, the receiver is always switched to mute. Unfortunately, I could not find out the cause of this.
If the projector is started, always comes a splash screen with apps. However, since I use the projector only for image output and do not need all the smart functions, it is a bit annoying to always select the input channel. The splash screen cannot be disabled to show the signal from the HDMI input from the start (maybe someone here has a solution for this).
In conclusion, as a "non-homecinema professional" I am thrilled with the beamer and would buy it again.
In forums a heavily discussed product. For the price, you can not expect a wool sow, but the image is ridiculously awesome. Even when the room is not completely dark. Similar products cost 1.5-3 times as much. And whether I as a layman really recognize a difference, well questionable.
The fan volume with 32db to indicate I consider simply as swindle, I do not know with which distance to the Beamer this measurement was made. If you focus on it, you can definitely hear it, but when watching a movie it fades.
My PS4 Pro next door sounds in comparison then rather like en jet when it runs.
