My HP Envy notebook had a PC SN520 512GB installed, after about 30 months of light use it is no longer writeable and can only be read.

Can't check the speeds in PCIe unfortunately. With M.2 Sata it is fast enough.

I received my SSD with no packaging, warranty information, or WD sticker as shown in the product image. They literally sent a M2 2242 SSD that shows up on my computers as WD. I am not sure if it is even a genuine product.
They literally sent the SSD taped in ESD safe bag in bubble wrap in cardboard box. Is this how it's supposed be shipped? It's the sketchiest product I've ever received. I should mention that I ordered "new" and the "C" cutout isn't finished properly and does not fit on any M2 enclosure with a screw. I have to use tape to hold the SSD in its place.
