    Unfortunately too big....

I would have opted for this philosophy immediately. In terms of size, however, I have set limits. Just as the device (meant positively) sets itself limits, it could certainly be a little smaller. Sony xperia or iPhone (140 x 68 mm).

Better than 1st gen vola phone!

This phone is ideal if you want the pure functionality of android apps and restrict the data sharing, internet traffic and battery drain of ads!! The interface is quite simple and identically to the original volla phone which allows the same functionality and is 1/2 price. Apps run in containers and they share limited data. The multiboot option allows to have ubuntu touch on the sd card, which runs even faster than volla os but lacks apps and functionality. Battery is repleaceable and quite heavy but it allows for 3 days of usage with 2 sims and sd card inserted. Many google play store apps work perfectly ( facebook,x,whatsapp, telegram, chrome, revolut).

    Contra

    • size and weight
    • display (60hz) + huge screen egde
    • back lid hard to take out and weakens battery gasket
    • mono single side speakers
    • microG services ( german google beta services)
    • no 5G
