I wanted to connect my Xbox controller to the PC but the PC didn't have Bluetooth. Then I looked around for a Bluetooth adapter that wasn't too expensive and still worked perfectly and the Ugreen was a hit. I connected it to the PC and immediately installed the Windows drivers and it worked. The controller paired perfectly and so did the headset.

Realtek in a housing with lights
For whom it matters: A Realtek Bluetooth controller is installed.
No drivers on the website, but Windows 11 installed it on its own. The CD is optional from my point of view. Subjectively, the audio connection was more stable with the CD driver.
Connection to my Sony WF-1000XM3 was stable (compared to older Intel), with simultaneous XBOX control I had a few audio dropouts at the beginning.plug in, works
works after 2sec on my Win10 machine and makes my mainboard Bluetooth enabled! Cool :)

Everything is fine with W10. It installs the drivers for the receiver via Windows Update.
Sound quality very good and connection with Apple Airpods smooth.

You have to install a driver, which is done in 3 mouse clicks and takes about 20 seconds. After that, the adapter works perfectly and without any further fiddling with configuration settings: As good as plug and play
