I think the audio quality is too bad for the size, price and weight of the headset. My AirPods 1st gen sound better.
I bought the product based on the Digitec review, but I am very disappointed.
I do not recommend the headset to anyone.
Reasons are:
- If you lightly touch the plug-in microphone there is an interfering noise ("crosstalk") because the plug is poorly made.
- The control software "Turtle Beach Control Studio" constantly reports an error and I cannot use the 2nd function wheel on the headset.
- The micro-USB cable supplied is very short, but as thick and rigid as a laptop power supply cable.
- I know it's in the description, but I was a bit disappointed that this expensive headset in 2020 has no Bluetooth support, but can only be connected via a gigantic USB plug (1*2cm).
- The whole headset is very "clunky" and heavy (800g!), I don't think it's suitable for longer gaming sessions/meetings.

I have chosen the headset from several reviews and was unfortunately disappointed. From the super comfortable wearing I have unfortunately nothing, because the ear cups sit too tight. You notice this after 30 minutes at the latest, although it first still seems comfortable.
The software constantly did not want to recognize the driver and in between there were simply disconnects - which has now nothing really affected, but the impression is then not ideal. Despite the many setting options, I get unfortunately no reasonable sound and exactly I had paid attention to that he would probably not only be good for gaming, but also for music in general at Turtle - far from it. I really do not have mega demands on sound quality and listen to everything from extreme metal, classical to lo-fi stuff.
But it always sounds somehow so tinny, hollow..the adjustable bass sounds there rather makeshift artificially zugemogelt. The Superhearing function is a nice gimmick, but mMn. pretty useless in everyday life and problematic with the different sound settings. That the volume in the mode remained the same as in normal mode, I had no more nerve rumzuexperimentieren.
That the Mic Quali is never so optimal with wireless I was aware and it is also completely enough. Although one tends quickly to overdrive, but that is fine tuning. Basically everything plug n play has worked easily and intuitively. Only I am with my Razor Tournament so far probably totally spoiled in terms of sound.

Acoustics very good, but a little heavy on the head
Good price/performance. Super
audio quality. Comfortable to wear even over longer sessions. Also makes a good impression in terms of workmanship. Battery life is also great.
Only the microphone is a little hard to plug in. But since I always have it on anyway, that's not a big deal. The charging cable is too short to charge while gaming. As for charging, USB-C would have been the icing on the cake.

I find it a successful overall package in this price category. It has a bit many buttons and knobs on the left ear cup. I think listening to music is just fine. I think the Superhuman Hearing is a great idea.

Very satisfied with the headset. Good range, reasonable battery life and comfortable to wear.
I like how well it blocks out external noise.
Audio quality is great.
Use it on PC and PS4 and would buy it again.

Bought this because it has a cutout for glasses wearers. Perfect. Even when wearing for long periods of time. With Apple you can not use the full extent of the software.

Have been influenced by the good reviews. I find the headset basically very good. The weight bothered me but increasingly more. Therefore, in retrospect, I would not buy this headset again.

The voice is only clear when the microphone is correctly attached. The microphone slips quickly and then has to be painstakingly reattached. This always takes about 5 minutes and is purely a matter of luck when it works again.

The headphones offer a lot for the price. Plugged them right in and started playing... until the headphones had a shot. Suddenly nothing worked at all. Had to reset them after a short googling. Then installed the software, which I didn't know existed, and then it only got worse. I had to uninstall the software again and by the time I found a tutorial on how to set the standard recording and output in the Windows settings, I'd had a few beers.
A small note from the manufacturer in the packaging would have been great.
I still play with the headphones, without software. Perfectly sufficient.

All in all, excellent headset for sound quality, comfort and solidity of build. Some issues surrounding the wireless connection, but this could be due to the location of the wireless receiver on my computer (at the back of my PC tower).

Perfect sound quality (earphone and microphone)
The only problem is that it turns off after 10 minutes if no sound is coming in or out of the headphones (earpiece) (microphone).
I couldn't find the corresponding setting in "Turle Beach Control Studio", their configuration software
I haven't heard back from Turtle Beach technical support yet.

Super comfortable headset. I ordered it for the PS4, but it's unusable for it because it's far too quiet. I tried it with every setting. On the PC, however, it's the best headset I've ever owned. The software would be good if it didn't always have an error after 2 minutes and the settings you make are saved.
+ Best HS for PC
+Superhumah hearing
-nix for consoles although compatible
-Sofzware is buggy
Very well made headset and suitable for spectacle wearers. Seals very well.

I bought the headset because of the good reviews from Digitec, but I was completely disappointed by this product. The basic idea with the cooling pads and the adjustable ear cups, which makes it more comfortable for people wearing glasses, is good. The problem, however, is the microphone. I still don't know if it's a product fault or if I've just been unlucky twice. The microphone cracks enormously in Skype or Discord and is really uncomfortable with the other person. For 150 Swiss francs, you can expect something, but I was more disappointed than I have been in a long time. On top of that, I have to send the product in for the 3rd time, although after sending it in for the 2nd time, I called and told the warranty company that I would like to have a credit note. Nevertheless, it was sent back a second time...

Very good hearing and sound. For my (occasional) use, perhaps a little too imposing. Be careful to check the microphone connection every time. Because, the support comes out imperceptibly and it is necessary to have the reflex to control before looking elsewhere.

Works great with Skype4businees, Zoom, MS Teams via radio and in mobile mode. It's not exactly a high-end device (99chf is ok) and sometimes the basses come out distortion.
Very good helmet
