0.8W per 2.5G port;
this is model V2; model V1 has a higher power consumption
Pro
Contra
Everything in order, device plugged in and immediately a connection on all port.
Only criticism, had at the beginning until the LAN box was installed a powerline in operation. Network access was available but the software has no longer recognized the powerline (no firmware update possible). But since a powerline with a 2.5G switch in my eyes makes no sense, here also no deduction.
Update 11.01.2022
The switch regularly (1-2 per week) switches my computer with 2.5G plug-in card to a 100mbit line. By unplugging and re-plugging the cable at the switch, the fast connection is then detected again.

Even though I have only achieved a maximum throughput of 120MB via ftp so far, I don't want to blame it on the device. There is a brake hidden somewhere that I have not yet been able to define more precisely. Everything is upgraded for 2.5G.
One thing that struck me negatively as soon as I installed it was the arrangement of the connectors. I don't know what the designer was thinking when he put the power connection and network cable on different sides of the device. This may not matter in the office, but in the consumer sector, an inconspicuous placement (e.g. in the living room) is essential. Now I was faced with the decision of either choosing a vertical arrangement of the cables so that all network cables go on the left and the power cable on the right. Or, with a horizontal installation, to place the network cables at the bottom and the power cable at the top (...). I would have preferred this arrangement, as was previously the case with Zyxel everything (!) at the bottom. Well - I now live with it, since Zyxel charges almost twice as much for the same technology.

I don't notice any unusual heat, the switch is quite cold.
Otherwise there's nothing more to say, it does its job.
