Good but optical out not 5.1
i am disappointed that the optical output is not 5.1 but only PCM and you can't adjust anything. i had to buy an additional HDMI distributor... so suround works well

Strong (Android 4K TV)
I can recommend this Android TV brand from Strong. It offers great performance and has 4K quality, so you can watch music, entertainment and films. I mostly use this Android console to save energy on Playstation, XBOX and PC.

A nice box that does a good job of letting you watch TV over the Internet.
Easy to install, my TV, Sony Bravia, and the box integrate perfectly. Don't forget to update the whole system, TV, box, remote control so that everything is integrated into the whole.

Fast, powerful streaming box
After switching from totally overpriced Kabel Deutschland to Waipu TV, my old Minix Neo U1 was no longer enough. It was only intended for Kodi. After some quick research, I opted for the Strong Leap S3 4k.
I can't say anything on the topic of 4k, Dolby Vision and HDR. My projector can only do FullHD. But that's good enough for me.
Pass-through of the audio formats to my AV receiver was really important to me. It worked great with Kodi and Jellyfin right from the start.
The box is very fast. 100Mbit via Lan is of course a laughing stock. The integrated WLan is fasterPro

Good upgrade from LEAP-S1
I got S1 from yallo. That was old now and didn't work properly anymore. S3 is a good upgrade. Kind of the same as S1, but much better.

Very flexible device
A friend of mine received this one by Yallo he was very happy with it. So we decided to buy it also for a specific usecase. Wa wanted a device which would allow us to connect it to a VPN through the app to the country where we come from so we can see local content from there. Worked like a charm!

Completely OK Problems are probably not with the device itself.

Was initially very enthusiastic but ......!
In the beginning I was impressed, especially by the easy installation and the picture quality, but in daily use I was annoyed by the slow start-up of the box. You can live with it, it's just not perfect.
Now the box is already defective after just a few weeks!
I occasionally had fine greenish stripes on the screen, which disappeared after a restart.
I sent the box to digitec as a warranty claim and received a new one within a week.

Functions top / sound much too quiet
The volume via HDMI on the TV is far too quiet. Even at maximum you can just about hear the sound, but it's still too quiet for a film experience. Tried all the audio settings on the box and TV, but nothing helped. Box will therefore be returned.
Otherwise, I would be very satisfied with the range of functions and price-performance ratio... What a pity.
Addendum: I bought the Nokia Streaming Box 8010 and the problem is solved. I can now adjust the volume of the box independently of the TV volume.Pro
