would be great TV - if you get it
ordered on 13.3.23 & paid with credit card >10 available (delivery the following day) - today on 3.5.23 neither the TV has been delivered nor a delivery date known (stock still the same as on 13.3.)!!!!
Communicated X times with digitec and with Planzer:
Digitec - the item was shipped 14.4 (i.e. delivery order given to logistics partner Planzer) - therefore no cancellation possible anymore.
Planzer - quotes "we have problems, you have to be patient", "the TV will be delivered tomorrow" (nothing happened), T&T status at 12:31 'not delivered-recipient not at home' (was at home facing the driveway!), "xy: I spoke to the boss, will be delivered today 99% sure) -> guess what... (just a timeline of facts)
N.b. the TV stand ordered in the same order was delivered as expected on 15.4.Good TV

Great Picture Quality good value for money
Great TV for use with a game console. Has new VRR mode out the box. Lengthy install process with google integration.
