A slight noise can be heard in the background, especially during quiet scenes and pauses in speech, may also be due to the TV, comfortable to wear and otherwise satisfied with the headphones.

An annoying background noise spoils the TV fun. I...
An annoying background noise is marring the TV fun. I'm not sure if this noise is coming from the TV or the headphones. Changing channels has not helped.
Otherwise, the headphones are comfortable to wear and easy to use - they would have deserved 5 stars if it wasn't for the audible noise when listening to soft music or during pauses in speech. Does anyone else have experience with this device?Top product!

Now my grandma can also watch (listen to) TV again.
Thanks to this product, my grandma can enjoy watching TV again. Before, she had to listen to her TV programme at volume level 10,000. So we didn't even have to switch on our TV, back then in a flat downstairs - we were able to listen in perfectly.
After about 2.5 years, the battery became a bit weak and the ear pads a bit brittle. So I bought her the exact same product again.
Here I noticed that two sets of headphones also receive sound from the TV on the same channel.
Attention: Please pay attention to the connections on the TV. The TV should have the Cinch connectors red and white or the normal 3.5 mm connector.Pro

If wireless, then better a more expensive model - the probability is higher, according to experience, that it is then not / less noise.
The noise occurs depending on location, movement or even touch, eg it has in the headrest of my sofa metal in it, which leads to noise when touching the headphones on the cushion (!).
Bluetooth does not have the problem!!! ...but be more harmful for it... ;-)Pro

It fulfills its function
The sound is pleasant and well balanced. The fit is perfect, pleasant, without unnecessary pressure. The range is more than sufficient. Just a small negative point is the positioning of the headset on the docking station, on the charging contacts, it requires a blow to take.
Before purchase, I had read negative points about audible background noise, etc..
Read the instructions well. Already, the environment is important, obstacle is other. Then, there are three modes of emissions to test according to that and to the taste of each.
Now, yes there is some background noise but it disappears completely if you lower the volume setting on the headphones to the minimum and increase the one coming from the TV set. Attention, put back then this level of TV volume to the normal level of departure before switching again the listening on the loudspeakers of the TV.bought a second one
so we bought another pair "his and hers", so that we can both watch TV whilst the kids are asleep. Works great (if you are curious how to do that, you need to buy a little audio splitter).
they are very good quality; we're onto the second pair after several years. What does tend to start to wear out is the headband switch. Basically when you put it on your head, the band triggers a microswitch which turns on the set. This means, of course, that when they're not on your head, they are immediately off which explains why the battery lasts such a long time between charges. However, with time, this microswitch can sometimes wear out or get dirt in it; difficult to repair but only after several years. And at this price, really not a concern.

Ok, if you want to watch an hour of undisturbed TV. I use an adapter with a Tosslink cable from the optical audio output on the TV to the cinch connection on the headphone transmitter. This way I can control the sound independently via the remote control and/or the headphones and never have to unplug a jack when I want to listen loudly again.

I like the product, when I put it on my head it is comfortable, the ears are inside the headphone ( small-normal ears ). the sound is good ( depending on the film ). In itself it does not take up much space.

OK for the price. The background noise is not great and the volume control on the headphones is too small and a bit "fiddly", especially for older people. But otherwise works well, all necessary cables are included and easy to install.
