A real all-rounder
A real all-rounder, plays the usual formats and is also quite uncomplicated in terms of operation. For this price absolutely great product and is perfectly sufficient for normal home use.

Does what it should, but be careful if you want more
I bought the device to be able to use old DVDs and Blurays again (after years without a Bluray player). It is wonderful for this and works perfectly.
What I didn't think about when I bought it and didn't realise as a potential problem was that there are now various Bluray formats that not every device can play. And: that someone might now come up with the idea of giving me extended versions of films on new UHD blurays. But that's exactly what happened... and they just don't work with this device.
Oh well. That's a bit daft now. So if you also want to buy new UHD blurays: Don't buy this device, but look out for UHD capability. :)Pro

Compact, powerful, quality tip.
Super picture, good audio, many apps, acceptable drive volume. The device is super in all disciplines.
The Sony replaces my Samsung H6500 BD player, which is still new, because the device has to be reset every day due to instability. The provider Netflix is aware of the typical Samsung problem and made it clear that even replacing the device would not solve the problem. For stability and quality, I should switch to Sony. A good decision. Watching films has never been so much fun.Pro

A lot of blah and nothing behind it
It looks like a lot, but actually it's just a normal Blueray player....
Too bad with a little more apps it would be quite usable.
The remote control is very confusing and much too small.
Since I'm used to better from Sony really too bad.Pro
