After a short time, a bracket for the bottom shelf on the door broke off. I reported the warranty case. After x emails, Digitec informed me that this did not count as a guarantee. When I did not accept this, I was referred to SMEG Germany, who then directed me to SIBIR Group Switzerland, who provide service for SMEG in Switzerland. Too bad Digitec doesn't know that. I could have saved myself a lot of time with mails. Well, I'm still waiting for the door because apparently there are delivery bottlenecks and that was half a year ago:
