I don't know who designed this machine, but it seems to me that it was made specifically so that the person working on it would suffer. The biggest problem is that the sewing machine sews "forest" from the side of the bottom seam. From the side of the bottom seam, a tangle of the top whorl thread very often forms. I spent a lot of time on the internet trying to figure out what the problem was, re-reading the entire manual and watching many videos on how to repair sewing machines. All of them said that either the top thread tension was wrong or the top thread was not threaded properly. But none of my actions helped. My husband, an engineer, also spent hours with this sewing machine trying to figure out what the problem was, he took it apart but saw nothing. A technician also looked at the sewing machine and found nothing.
Finally I found out what the problem is. The problem is in the window that closes the bobbin. Two tubercles are made on it. When you press a little on this window while sewing, this tubercle touches the bobbin, does not let the upper thread form a circle and tangles the upper thread.

I haven't really been able to sew anything with it yet. I sent it back once for electronic problems, it was repaired, and it's giving me problems again. Move on and trust the mechanical machines.
