The delivered vacuum cleaner is equipped with a Euro plug and on it was mounted an adapter for the Swiss plug. However, the adapter does not completely disappear in the cable shaft and now it is not possible to store the vacuum cleaner upright in the cabinet.
Pay Swiss prices for that? No wonder more and more people are buying directly from abroad.Good suction power - cable retraction poor
Good suction power, user interface ok, low noise level. Cable retraction poor, spool much too weak. The hoover was obviously not tested for the Swiss market, otherwise it would have been noticed that with the adapter on, the hoover can no longer be stored standing up, as the cable socket is not big enough. The plug protrudes about 2cm and if you don't pay attention to it, it would damage the floor (when storing the vacuum cleaner upright).
POWER ADAPTER
Now it's standing at an angle and it's a pain in the ass! Where does the vacuum cleaner come from and why is it not explicitly mentioned that it needs a power adapter? It is unacceptable to hide the reference in the features. I would not have bought it like this!

am very satisfied, quiet, clean and powerful vacuum cleaner! well made, cable can be automatically retracted without a button, infinitely adjustable with about 5 intermediate levels, HEPA filter, accessories (see specifications), etc..
