I am very happy that Galaxus has these little headphone pads in their range

Plastic part at a premium price
It's good that Digitec offers this cushion. These things are relatively primitive, but they fulfil their purpose functionally and visually flawlessly. The headphones now look like new again. The old pads were brittle and cracked, which I found rather disappointing.

Fortunately, I still found ear pads for my Sennheiser headphones. Unfortunately, the padding with double-sided adhesive tape is not such a great idea for mounting. You have to know exactly how to replace these pads so that you don't damage them during installation.

Basically, I think it's very good that there are still manufacturers who also offer spare parts for their products.
On the other hand, I find it a pity that the cover of the head pads ages so quickly and becomes brittle.
Nevertheless, I am glad that Digitech still has these pads in their range. So we can continue to enjoy the RS 160 headphones.
Unlike the ear pads, the head pads are glued on. However, the replacement was simple and without residue, which speaks for the adhesive tape used.Pro
