Very good open-back headphones sound-wise. They have a somewhat lacking low-end, particularly the sub-bass, but the mids and highs are very good, as well as the staging.
The build quality and materials, on the other hand, are rather disappointing. The velvet used for the cushions gathers a lot of dust that is not easy to clean, and the top cushion is simply glued on and in my case it is falling apart after only half a year of normal use.
I would recommend them for the sound, but at this price point I cannot justify the poor build quality.

The cable is only 1.8 m long, the connection is 3.5 mm (with 6.3 mm adapter, not the other way round!) and the headphones do not include a "universal cable remote control".
With a longer cable, it would have received 5 stars.

I've owned a (tired) HD 540 for years, a wired momentum for the ride and rediscover a newer, accurate sound with great depth and width, and indeed it doesn't flatter and it's super nice. Light and covering without crushing my big ears. NO REGRETS. I gave myself a gift that I won't sell again!
