Tip-top!
I actually bought it for my TV so I could watch late at night. It has worked flawlessly. Installation was also quick and very easy. I am satisfied (and partner too).

I use this device to hook a wireless headset to the TV in case the TV is too loud for other roommates. Works perfectly for this purpose.

My two Sennheiser HD 4.40 have connected without any problems, the operation is simple, the sound quality is tip-top.

Good bluetooth sender
The first bluetooth connection was difficult. Took the sennheiser device into a seperate room to limit the number other bluetooth devices, and connected Bose Sport bluetooth headphones successfully. After the first connection, it connects automatically when the headphones are turned on. Have not try the second headphones yet - but would follow the same procedure.
Latency is small but noticeable. For TV films with music or talking it is ok. Anything with exact timing, like tennis, billiards, etc. there is slight latency with the visual strike and sound. Not so bad though. Cannot use bluetooth together with sound from normal speakers. Have to turn the normal speakers off, because of the latency echo of the bluetooth transmission.Pro

I've already adopted it for Netflix and Youtube, it brings my Sony WH-1000XM3 back to life, it's a pure delight if you want the convenience of Bluetooth and the quality of aptx this is the box for you

Simple, illustrated instructions for installation. Set up went straight away and without a hitch. Good accessories included for connecting to TV and audio system. Compatible with connect clip for hearing aid users.

I need mainly to watch TV with Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones.
CAUTION: When connecting to a transmitter from TV use the digital audio cable, not the 3.5mm jack, otherwise you have slight audio delays and partly noise.Contra

Easy to use (with the right headphones) good sound.
The setup is absolutely problem-free, even the pairing is very simple.
First I used Sennheiser CX Sport, horrible sound, lots of noise and no bass. Ok, they are in-ear, I thought. Then I connected my Sennheiser on-ear Momentum using Sony SBH-24. no real improvement. Then I used the optical cable instead of the 3.5mm jack. Also so a m.E. miese sound quality.
Now I use the Sony WH-1000XM3 - and the sound is the hammer. No delay, no noise. Perfect.

If the source is set correctly, it also works.
The source in the TV had to be changed from Dolby Digital to PCM, then it finally worked.

The Bluetooth headphones can now be easily connected to a TV set. Everything works simply and without any problems. Never had any pairing problems until now.

Works perfectly. The enclosed cable is for 3.5 mm jack. I therefore had to buy a 3.5 / 6.3 mm adapter for my receiver. Pairing with Sennheiser headphones went without a hitch.

I bought this Bluetooth transmitter to use my sensational AirPods Pro 2nd Generation on my TV, which does not have a Bluetooth transmitter installed, when people are already asleep next door. I was able to connect them once, removed myself from the Bluetooth area and since then I have been unable to establish a connection. According to the instructions, they should pair again when I am in the neighbourhood. But they don't. A new installation does not work either. Another Bluetooth headphone model works perfectly. I am still considering returning the transmitter

The pairing only worked after several attempts. There is an annoying delay between the sound and picture. My earbuds have Bluetooth 5, maybe it's the ten-year-old LG TV.
A rocky start, but then ok.
I almost wanted to return the device because it wouldn't connect to my Bluetooth device. But after 5-6 attempts it worked and is now working smoothly. (Bose home cinema system with Sennheiser Momentum 4 via jack plug)
