Compact with stowing options
I was looking to replace my Thule backpack which I’ve been using for 2 plus years and served me well. Due to size and weight of the Thule, I wanted to replace it. Traveling a lot for business, the backpack is an essential tool so I can stow everything I need quickly while having easy access for airport screening routines.
Although sold at a hefty price, imho, I selected this Samsonite Spectrolite due to size, weight and stowing options. I am aware to have lost about 4L of stowing volume which is ok as I want to travel with less weight. On the back of this product are 2 slots for computer/tablet - it will fit small 9“ iPads and a laptop, for my 13“ iPad and surface I’ll be able to manage still, not putting the iPad in the pouch but in the compartment instead. Provides access pockets in front for passport and travel documents, numerous pockets to organize otherwise. What I am missing and should be included is a mounting access fob inside, front, on the bottom to attach keys and lock them securely. Also missing pen inserts. No protective area or pocket for glasses. I have not yet road tested this product but for now, I am able to organize in a way which will work for me. Straps can easily adjust, backpack is mountable on the telescope handles of a suitcase, although „only“ horizontally. Another plus is the available warranty for defects which I believe is 5 yearsPro

A very good rucksack.
Excellent backpack, versatile. It is not only robustly made but also versatile.
Its many inside pockets help to optimally organise the packed items.
Everything from a notebook to a day trip fits in this compact rucksack.

I have used the very similar previous model for years. Everyone has different desires for their own backpack. This is a well-designed business model with countless practical compartments and features, almost all of which I use.
