A hole in the laptop compartiment after 1.5 years of use
The backpack respects multiple "standards" such as bottle compartiment, sunglasses compartiment etc. But the issues lies in the material itself.
Even though nothing has ever been wet even after biking through heavy rain, holes started quickly appearing.
Right now, after 1.5 years, I almost lost my laptop because a hole appeared under the bag. Although it might be due to the sharp edged of my PC.Pro

Good layout, shit build quality
Zipper seam tore after 6 months of use.
Too fragile
Nice tear near a zip. Reading the other comments, this seems to be a recurring fault that occurs after about 1 year of use.

Outstanding
A very good rucksack with plenty of space. I use it to store my 17" laptop plus clothes etc. for a weekend.
In hindsight, I would probably buy the 29 litre version to have even more space for longer trips.Pro
