Easy operation, good bread
I had read very good reviews for this machine in advance. These it also lives up to. For a smaller household, the machine makes a good amount of bread and could also be right for a single. I also find it more stylish in design than many other bread makers.
What I do not find so good is that the bread remains rather light, even if you have set the highest browning level. The bread is also rather soft. However, I haven't tried very many recipes yet, so maybe there would be a solution here.Pro

We bought this machine to find a better solution for glutein free bread. Great results so far.

Great machine for little money
Maachine ordered Friday evening, delivered Monday morning. Washed all parts and baked a grain bread in the afternoon at 1400 o'clock. Totally easy to use with good description. At 1800 o'clock was the great, crispy baked bread on the table. Today I'm venturing out with the timer to make a pigtail dough. Hope will be as great as the bread. I am now happy that I much opted for the machine with the best price / performance ratio (only because this model was in stock) and not for my favorite panasonic for chf 300.00 more. For me, "my" model is ideal. Not overwhelmed with many programs and easy to use. Also good size. Important for me was: additional compartment for nut addition, etc. as well as gluten-free baking incl. preselection clock. Suuper service also from GALAXUS as always...
