German plug
Why doesn't Digitec learn from all the comments and include an adapter for Swiss sockets from the outset? Does every customer really have to file a complaint individually so that such a part is delivered later and one can actually use the product?! Unspeakable.

Disappointing, poor design and overpriced - regret buying it.
Not worth the money, poorly designed, you burn yourself constantly, too heavy and impractical

- Very heavy, more weight on the tip than in the hand - very tedious.
- When wrapping hair you constantly burn your fingers, area to hold the tip small&hot
- When handling, one constantly presses the temperature buttons - annoying!
- Device gets extremely hot, must be put down very carefully after use (no drawer, table)

Dirty product
Dirty product, the brush is full of hair even though the product was described as being in perfect condition. Frankly it's scandalous

Damaging and chunky
I’ve used many rotating brushes and this one is the worst, especially for medium length hair. It gets EXTREMELY hot, it hurts the scalp and hands and surely damages hair. The device is really big, it’s heavy and it takes time to get used to it. The brushes aren’t great either, especially one with plastic things, because it just bounces on your head.
