touch sensitivity is greatly reduced
Usually when it rains you put something like this on your phone, not before. I might be wrong but this is what I did. In this case, which I would consider a normal/reasonable scenario and, the phone has a few spots of rain on it before I put the Poncho on. However, it seems that this totally screws up the interface between phone screen and Poncho which results in poor sensitivity to touch.
