Top life saver
Absolutely reliable smoke detector. Light barbecue smoke coming from the balcony with the balcony door open into the apartment and the thing goes off! Short pressure on the lid from below and already the reset is done. 100% purchase recommendation!

Easy installation, so far no false alarms
Have now a Schwette of it in the house and cottage. Never had a false alarm.
Per website you can register as a private person with up to 3 (or wasens 4?) Properties for free. After that you will be reminded once a year to check and also have something in writing if the insurance asks for maintenance documentation.
Theoretically, there would be various colored lids, would have been nice especially in the vacation home of wood so a lid in wood look. But the parts are either never available anywhere or cost 80 Stutz (For a piece of plastic!)
Who grumbles about the non-replaceable battery: The battery should last 10 years, and after 10 years you have to replace the detector anyway. Replacement battery brings nothing, smoke detectors must be replaced after 10 years anyway.
Hope never come into use...

Service life only 6 instead of 12 years
I have several Pyrexx PX-1 hazard alarms in use, they work well, but after just 6 years I get the message that the battery has run out on all devices. A service life of 12 years was actually promised, but the battery cannot be removed and replaced!
worst smoke detector
Unfortunately, we constantly have false alarms with this smoke detector. Hang up new detectors and one day later a false alarm. This was already the case with the predecessors (1:1 the same, we replaced them because of the false alarm).
These smoke alarms are absolutely not recommended.Pro
