The fixing system (if vertical fixing, on a panel for example) is impossible without drilling into the panel. 1 threaded rod is supplied for screwing into the enclosure, and a metal plate of unknown use (no instructions supplied).

If you don't like to listen to music loudly and with little bass, it will be enough.
The sound is not as good as expected.the things already come with a Pioneer device with 50Watt output power full to the limit.the operation with a power amplifier could be forgotten!
