Device actually good, defective after 11 months
The device has now given up the ghost after 11 months, I am currently in the laborious process of successfully replacing the device.

Quality is a cheek
After 5 months already defective, replacement received and again defective after 5 months. Such quality is just cheeky, but the main thing is to advertise with sustainability, vegan cases etc.. Absolutely ridiculous...

Flawed design
Very unreliable piece of hardware. 3 units got broken in the same way only last year: the screw that holds the vibrating pole loses and the brush just make an audible noise without ever cleaning the teeth.

The Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 has optimised my dental care experience. It provides a thorough clean and effectively removes plaque, which makes a big difference compared to my old manual toothbrush. The elegant design and the practical glass charging station are highlights, and charging is extremely user-friendly. The different brushing programmes and intensity levels allow for customisation and the battery life is impressive - up to two weeks without having to recharge! Another nice function is the app support to help you brush your teeth.
