This product is not fit for sale, within a few months the on/off button is "worn through", i.e. the plastic cover is chafed and you touch the inside of the appliance. Electrical waste of the worst kind. I have been through this 3 times and have now changed brands. Goodbye never again, Philips.

Great teeth cleaning, unfortunately incredibly poor quality
Have had new Philipps toothbrushes on and off for years. Unfortunately, they have a poor sustainability record. Super tooth cleaning, no unnecessary app and 7 special functions, according to the dentist noticeable how my tooth necks calm down. For me, it just breaks at least every 2 years. When I first bought it, on the advice of a Digitec employee, I took out a warranty extension for the first time in my life - because they often come back. Actually a great tip - but never lasted longer than 2 years for me so far^^ - and then simply finished from one day to the next, battery dead. Everyone has to know for themselves.

Saving on quality
The charging indicator did not work on the first toothbrush. So you didn't know whether the battery was charging at all.
The Sonicare was replaced without any problems. With the second one, unpleasant vibration noises occur from time to time when brushing. We have both been using Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for years and have the impression that the quality of the new models has been compromised. Seen in this light, the price is too high for a branded product.Pro

Actually quite good. I ordered the toothbrushes for my children. They really like brushing with them. Unfortunately only one setting.
