According to the customer service, used and inspected appliances can be expected to have been in use for several months. The coffee counter of my coffee machine was already over 1500 units. Therefore, it is advisable to keep an eye on it. If you don't want to accept this, you should rather go for a new or tested and as good as new device.

The coffee is great and the machine is good. Only a little noisy. What is not mentioned, however, is the fact that 5000 coffees without decalcifying are only possible if you change the water filter after ca.300 hot drinks on the instructions of the machine. Depending on the water hardness also more often. And we have very little lime! I think that is already very bad. We should now change the water filter for the 3rd time after a total of 900 drinks. That are within approx. 6 months alone over 105, - Sfr for the maintenance at water filters. I have to ask if everything else is fine!

It's already the second one and I would even buy a third one.
I bought the same machine twice, not because the first one broke but because I still wanted it in my cottage. If I had a third cottage I would also buy a third machine.

The box is absolutely amazing. Incredibly easy to clean, the milk bucket consists of two parts that can be washed super-easy in 5 seconds and the usual "cleaning the hoses" is no longer necessary. The coffee, latte and all other drinks also turn out just like in a restaurant (in Italian, of course). Price-performance ratio: unbeatable. A Jura that delivers the same probably costs at least twice as much, but doesn't perform much better, if at all I would also recommend cleaning the brewing unit before the first coffee. The guys greased everything thoroughly - a little too thoroughly. Have fun with the thing!
