Camera shoulder bag, 35 l
We are currently using the bag as a mama bag.
I take a lot of photos and I didn't fancy a typical mum bag, so I simply converted the duffel bag for the first one.
I also have the camera insert M in it.
There's enough room for an SLR or mirrorless full-frame camera with 4 lenses (50 mm, 100 mm, 24-105 mm, 16-35 mm), a flash and an analogue camera.
When I use it as a mama bag, it doesn't fit all my photo equipment, of course, but the camera with 2 lenses fits nicely next to porridge, milk bottle, water bottles, nappies, changing mat and spare clothes.
We already have 2 Peak Design backpacks and they are just great and highly recommended, even if they cost a bit more. Quality has its price.
I still got one minus because I would have loved to have a light-coloured bag. So I'm complaining at a very, very high level. On the other hand, you have to say that it comes from taking photos and it gets dirty very quickly anyway. With a beautiful motif, you quickly forget what the floor is like.
The bags and backpacks are also very easy to clean.

This bag, besides being very aesthetic, is incredibly practical.
The outside pockets are perfect for a little organization of what you want to be able to access quickly, I think of keys, wallet, sunglasses, a bottle of water (I would not go beyond 5 dl however), a pocket knife, ventolin and so on!
The internal pockets are big enough to hold an Iphone Xr, but don't really allow for "thick" stuff. For a passport, mobile phone, kindle or other such trinkets however it is perfect. The little cords for opening and closing are woven with a reflective material, so they are easy to find.
The internal space is surprisingly large, but not so large that if you only put your sports stuff and a jacket in it it feels empty, and if you combine it with the Peak Design packing cubes it is a real treat to use.
The wide opening (doctor's bag style) is really useful, you can find everything you need in an instant!
I would recommend the bag in the green colour (snow) rather than the black one, as the black handles are in a kind of amber colour. The black handles are in a kind of plastic material (super resistant) which is not very pleasant to the hands and can quickly become uncomfortable when the bag starts to fill up. The leather on the other hand is really nice, not to mention that in the green colour (snow) the bag is not only nicer, but also very discreet.
I wasn't sure what I was going to need it for when I bought it, and in the end it's a bag that I carry everywhere now, too practical, and comfortable and desperately BEAUTIFUL!

Overall, the pros surpass the cons. Perfect for weekend trips and Easy Jet flights. I might add a handle to wrap around. However, I found a work around the issue: I leave the shoulder strap on as well the straps for the backpack mode. Then I use all of them in tandem to lift the bag. Hence, I could switch carry modes without disconnecting any of the straps and it is more comfortable when carrying the bag. Upcoming future trips will confirm more its usefulness and quality.

Well-designed duffel, very good build quality (typical Peak Design).
As pointed out in many video reviews, the magnets on the two carrying straps are a little weak or come loose when the duffel is loaded. However, this is only a minor disadvantage.
