  Replaced the Pi52 Rack fan with the Noctua 5v fan.
  Works perfectly and so quite...
  Used the additional cables that come with the package to plug it into the USB port of a Raspberry Pi 4B 4Gb.
  No stress on the Pi or the cooling of the Pi52 Rack. more
