A versatile product that provides adequate performance. A real bargain when it is on offer! :-)
A versatile flash, it performs well both on the camera and as a separate 'studio' version.
The manual is not very clear regarding synchronisation, but the necessary instructions can easily be found on the net.

Top power prices
For the price top, easy to use in ttl and manual basically. I will buy a second one. No infrared help for focusing, to have it only two sony models and more than double the price without such efficient deportation, but I switch to manual if needed

Top flash kit for a fair price
Currently the only decent "wireless flash" variant for Sony cameras. Works perfectly and delivers great results (portraits and nature). The only drawback: Sony's wobbly attachment plug!
