I LOVE THE SHRINES (sorry, can't put it any other way).
Short and sweet: In my opinion the best Zelda ever (!). If only for the reason that it's the biggest evolution since Ocarina of Time, which doesn't seem to be searched for, but is absolutely coherent in itself. The way the developers handled the integration of further dimensions (climbing), as well as the physics is really phenomenal. Puzzles are new not just "blow this up, move that", but go effectively physically in completely new directions.
I've only seen a fraction of the game so far, hardly any story content (which is very uncharacteristic for me) and I'm just absolutely blown away. Time and time again I find myself just thinking "ah, that looks interesting, I wonder what's there?". Sure, people say that about some games, Skyrim for example. But honestly - I had Skyrim in about 50 hours through, because it has animated me then just not sooo firmly to discover. A pity maybe, but that's just the way it is.Pro

A fantastic game with great attention to detail and super roleplaying elements. A real good Zelda and it comes very close to Ocarina of Time.

- Large game world
- 120 shrines with a cool physics puzzle
- 900 Krogs to find and discover
- Really hard, you really have to "fight your way through".
- Many different items
- You can cook and combine different items
- The weather with rain, lightning and thunder. You have to adapt
- Areas can be cold or hot and you have to organize suitable clothes.
- The story is very gripping and motivating right from the start.
- Many sequences with story and dialogues set to music
- The roleplaying feel is particularly good
- Level design is so well done that you can really discover something new everywhere you go
- Horse taming and riding, each horse has different abilities
- Climbing is well implemented. You can climb on anything.
- Endurance is a very good roleplaying element.
Contra
- Every stable looks exactly the same and the music is the same
- The world seems much emptier towards the end. They put more effort into it in the beginning.
- This "anime" style of npcs is overdone and already hard on the border.
- Would be cool if everything was 3x more expensive. Always have too much rubies.

Best Zelda game in a long time!
The game is extremely appealing to me, and after Twilight Princess, it's the best Zelda game in years.
