Anyone who is used to a Nikon SLR will be immediately familiar with the camera. It feels just as good in the hand and has most of the controls in the same place. The only thing that is unusual is that the zoom lever is where the camera is usually switched on. The size and weight are more like a D7200 than a D3300.
The zoo lens is really impressive. I even managed to capture an aeroplane in flight against the clouds at full zoom. The image stabiliser also helps, correcting even much better than the stabiliser on my video camera.
It's also great that you can switch the camera between 25/50 and 30/60 frames. For example, if you have an iPhone and the P900 with you, you can film in 60p and thus combine the clips from the two cameras without rate adjustment. This is hardly ever possible with any other camera, usually the European models are set to 25/50. The iPhone, on the other hand, cannot be set to 25/50. It is also good that "charge via USB" can be switched off: This allows you to connect the camera to a photo printer, for example.
Relatively speaking, the picture quality is great. In absolute terms, there are of course bigger and better sensors. For the purpose of use, the sensor is good enough: the image quality at full zoom suffers mainly from the subject itself. Even with barely visible air turbidity, a fully zoomed tower clock, for example, looks like it was taken in fog. Of course, the sensor can't help that.

I didn't buy the camera here, but I would still like to write a review.
The P900 is recommended for both beginners and advanced photographers. The zoom is simply incredible and offers possibilities that you could never have otherwise. I have already managed to photograph Jupiter and you can see the individual structures.
The image quality is nothing outstanding at 16MP, but it is perfectly adequate. The video quality could be better, but you can't have everything....
You shouldn't shoot much in the dark with the P900 either, because it doesn't really take usable pictures in low light, even in manual mode.
Otherwise, the camera is easy to use and the buttons are well positioned in my opinion.
All in all, I can only recommend this camera.

Of course, the quality of the pictures does not quite reach the images of a full-frame camera, but the zoom range and the motif programmes offer amazing possibilities (moon pictures are even sensational https://flic.kr/s...). The autofocus is fast, the shutter release delay is low and the vibration damping allows sharp pictures even hands-free with the zoom fully extended (2'000 mm!). Those who are familiar with Nikon cameras will find their way around immediately.

Great value for money!
This Nikon bridge camera offers an amazing zoom for a very modest price.
The image quality is correct with good light but becomes very limited at high ISO, in low light with the zoom fully open.
Tripod almost indispensable when using the zoom at more than 60×
Flash intensity can be adjusted, good point!
Unfortunately does not have the possibility to save in RAW format, too bad!
