Moulinex Pain Doré OW2101
Moulinex Pain Doré OW2101
In the instructions there is a warning regarding gluten-free bread. It would not be necessary in my opinion. I used a low carb recipe with low fat cottage cheese, chia seeds, ground almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. No flour, no yeast, just baking powder. I was just careful not to make it too thick or it might still be sticky inside. So 500-grams at a time is ideal. Set medium crust and bake for about 30 minutes extra. Rarely had such a delicious bread!

The machine works very well BUT, BUT the recipes that come with it are not reliable. Having made bread almost every day for over 20 years (with and without a bread machine), I know the approximate proportions of the ingredients. It is obvious that the very first recipe that comes with the machine that suggests 115ml of water to 300g of flour for a 500g loaf is completely wrong. This should be enough to discourage the novice and make him return the machine for a refund.
Another example: the recipe for 500g of "French bread" in the "Recipe Book" is not the same as the recipe for "getting to know your machine" in the instruction manual.
Another criticism is that there is no delayed program for dough only. I usually arrive in the morning with the dough already risen once, ready to place in the moulds for the second rise.

In my experience, compared with several other machines of the same size, the Moulinex Pain Doré is without exaggeration the best. On the other hand, I recommend not exceeding a flour weight of 600 g, giving an excellent loaf of about 850 g. It's also very important to find the right amount of water. As for baking, for the quantity of flour described, I choose to set the oven to 1000 g, with a medium browning.
I would not buy again. 2 stars because small loaves ok, otherwise 1 star.

This bread maker is completely unsuitable for gluten-free ready-made bread mixes -> despite the separate programme!
I have tried over 5 different mixes from different manufacturers, but the bread is not baked properly even with the
gluten-free programme and still remains moist on the inside, even though I have tried "re-baking" it.
with the "re-bake" programme - machine is only suitable for disposal
