Product top - software flop
We have had Miele appliances in our household, a single family home, for years. We have had other brands, but Miele remains Miele. The quality and reliability of the appliances is simply top. The only flaw is unfortunately the software. The connection with the app fails several times and even after the setup is done, the program starts all over again. Unfortunately, this is the case with many branded products. The software is often the weak point! This is also the case, for example, with Mercedes or Burg Wächter... Somehow the German brand manufacturers do not manage to deliver a user-friendly and reliable software with their products. Therefore one star deduction.

For people who are not interested in connecting the device to a WELAN, the programme should be rewritten in such a way that the option of a WELAN connection appears after the language selection and can be answered with YES or NO instead of the arrow touch. This would be especially helpful for older people, whom the programmers should also consider.

Fulfils all my tumble dryer dreams
The tumble dryer is easy to operate. The app control is a bit trickier than with the washing machine, but otherwise it runs well. I really like the fragrance bottles because the laundry smells great after drying. The machine is illuminated from the inside. The tumble dryer is highly recommended.

These showroom models are not in good condition!
Miele is an excellent brand, but here the site is trying to sell products that are not fit for sale.
I received one with a piece of the console broken off, but I was warned, so OK. On the other hand, these models have been used, and even though Galaxus claims that they are in perfect working order, mine developed a leak after 1 month's use. I sent it back to Galaxus, who took 2 months to repair it.
I don't want this product back because I have no confidence in its quality, and I'd be willing to bet that it's been re-sold here.
