Miele Complete C2 Black Powerline
After buying a cheap one, which lost its suction power within a short time, I bought a Miele again and now I know why it is a bit more expensive. It's just a shame that Miele is using more and more plastic - even in places that I think are under a lot of strain: e.g. the transition from hose to pipe, etc. We'll see.
After 8 months of completely normal use, the bend protection on the plug has torn and the cable has come loose from the plug at some point. Miele customer service accused me of 'external influence' (whatever that means) and refused to repair the appliance under guarantee. The cost of repairing the cable or replacing the cable drum is just under CHF 200. I might as well buy a new hoover. Miele is through for me, never again!
Contra
Had now 2 years battery vacuums, which meanwhile after 1 minute makes flabby. Now back with cable and happy about it, is just another vacuuming... everywhere battery is not the solution and not sustainable.

Had yes already many vacuum cleaners in operation, but so what with paper-thin cheap plastic has never come under my fingers. Catastrophically poor quality and after 3 months already the floor nozzle defective, because the thin plastic is of course already worn out. Really a cheek from Miele to bring such a product at the price on the market, ridiculous!
