At least the result is good
If it wasn’t for the tasty coffee I’d give 1 star. The water tank is small and this machine uses about 1/4 of the tank for self cleaning when turned on and off. As a result the tray gets filled up quickly. Generally if you are thinking about making a coffee or two and then turning off the machine to save energy then you’ll end up spending most of your time emptying the tray, filling the tank and waiting for all the cleaning processes to complete.
The milk pump is another issue as it works properly only intermittently. Sometimes it’s ok while some other times it adds a lot of steam and it creates a mess spreading the milk all over the place.
I bought the machine a few months ago so this is the experience that I’ve got after using it for quite a while.Pro
