Video head
A rock-solid and stately head. The more it is tilted forwards and backwards towards the vertical, the stronger the effect of the return springs, which makes sense with heavy cameras and lenses. However, the head is also very usable with a light camcorder and allows smooth, jerk-free movements. The scope of delivery corresponds to the picture, so it is complete, including swivel arm and plate.

I use it for filming and photography. The camera and the film camera each weigh around 2-3 kg (depending on the lens). The head is very suitable for this weight class. I was recently able to test it at the Mountain Bike World Cup in Crans-Montana. I am very satisfied with the result.

Bought this for panoramas and stitches. Solid construction, thoughtful little things like being able to secure the head so it doesn't come loose (when hiking). Intuitive to use. Naturally not light and quite bulky. You just have to like making panos :-)
somewhat awkward when mounting on the tripod

It does well what you expect from it
Horizontal panning not finely adjustable.

This is a super thing. Fits on the Manfrotto Beefree tripod. I have a 600 tele with converter. Tele can be super balanced and allows for sharp shots. I photographed the supermoon with this, great!
Very good head, fluid (cannot be set) but feels ok for my BMCC camera. Very well made, good enough for serious jobs, in a smaller lighter situation. You feel pro without spending too much money

Smooth. Not too many nobs, turns and clicks. Simple with purpose! Very well paired with a Manfrotto Professional Tripod.
Unfortunately, the description does not state that an adapter 1/4" to 3/8" is included. So I unnecessarily purchased the 5-piece set of adapters in addition.

Butter-smooth movements and locking the two axes makes this video tripod head a filmmakers dream.
