Mamibot W120-F Spray
Mamibot W120-F Spray
Cleans a little less thoroughly than Winbot, but is almost half the price and above all a lot quieter!
Unfortunately, the model I ordered had a fault, it only cleaned a small part of the window, curved unplanned at the bottom edge to a maximum of just in the middle of the window and after a good 5 minutes gave the message that the cleaning was finished (in English). The device is going back, but I will probably order it again because it is not as loud as the Winbot.

Very good value and all in all surprisingly good; but I can't say anything about durability yet (only one week in use).

The device itself is easy to understand. Except for the spray function, which I couldn't figure out how to use. Switch it on, vacuum the window and off you go. If you wet the surface directly above the device with window cleaner beforehand, it cleans even better. Of course, it can't clean with the strength of one hand, but every robot has its problems with that. But for dust, fingerprints and raindrops, it cleans just great. So I won't be returning it.

The device actually makes a reasonable impression and cleans not badly either. What is extremely annoying is the barely understandable voice output (all commands are acknowledged with speech). There is no other feedback, e.g. optical. The voice output is on the same level as announcements in underground trains... You always need the remote control, there is practically nothing you can set on the unit itself. The unit also seems to forget the settings every time you change the window (wet or dry cleaning, cleaning intensity). I am also not sure whether all the buttons on the remote control really do what they are supposed to do according to the instructions. It's a pity, the appliance could easily have been much better.
It would also have been nice to be able to combine the power cable and safety line into one line. With two permanent lines, the whole thing is quite "susceptible to damage". The power cable must always remain plugged in during operation (the battery is only intended as an emergency bridging device so that the robot does not fall down in the event of an interruption).

After some positive comments here, I decided to give the Mamibot a chance. We have huge windows and a help would be great. Only: The thing was ultra disappointing. After 3 hours of cleaning, changing windows, changing pads, from the inside to the outside and back, the Mamibot didn't clean a single m2 and hardly moved. As if it didn't know what to do. A few cm back, turn empty, then forward again and suddenly the message that it is now returning to the starting point. No, that's nothing. Off it goes (and I really rarely send anything back!).

In a household with a lot of floor to ceiling windows and 2 small children, the windows look accordingly.... We decided to buy the Mamibot W120-F after reading reviews of the W120-T. To make a long story short:
All of our expectations were exceeded. Actually, we would have been happy if the majority of the children's prints on the windows had looked more "discreet", but already after cleaning our windows for the first time, we see results that we would hardly manage by hand, or only with great effort. The very first cleaning attack with water in the tank was not so great, but the 2nd attempt with commercial window cleaner in the tank and on the microfiber pads then brought the aforementioned results.
Overall great product, especially in view of the price.
