Great part - but be careful with the neighbors!

Have bought two pieces, one for the home theater and one in the living room.
In addition, I must say that the bass sounds great in a EFH, in STWE and rental apartments you will make yourself rather unpopular with the neighbors.

DTS from Netflix or Disney+ sounds like in the cinema, stable masonry is an advantage....

    • Sound down to the Hertz cellar
    • crisp bass

    Good value for money

Searched for a decent active subwoofer with line-in for my home-cinema in the basement.
Found this one: not expensive and has a 12" woofer. It is rather big, but not a big issue in my situation. there is a 8¨woofer version
of this subwoofer as well, but that one is almost 100CHF more expensive (weird).
It has a line-in for Left and Right. My receiver only has a single SW-line out. But that was easily solved with an adapter cable (cinch->2xcinch).
The power and frequency cut-off can be manually set (it is really powerful so it is absolutely needed to adapt it to the size of the room).
The ON/OFF switch is on the back and it has an automatic sleep mode and it awakes if there is signal on the line-in. I do not like this kind of solutions and prefer a decent ON/OFF switch on the top or front.
Bass is clear and very deep without distortion. I`m not a audio-specialist, but I can recommend this subwoofer: good value for the money!

    Pro

    • Very powerfull
    • big, but discret
    • Does what it promises.

    Contra

    • 2xLine-in for Left and Right. However I only had one SW line out on amplifier: fixed with splitcable
    • I would have prefered a ON/OFF button on the top or front
