Good camera for outdoor use
Support from the manufacturer by email works great. Although the answers are somewhat short, they are very quick. Instructions too complex for beginners. A simpler and more complete manual for newcomers would be desirable. The manual is very comprehensive but more for professionals.

A nice camera
I have been testing the cameras for about a week now as a replacement for an 8-year-old installation.
Lupus has great night vision, which is highly recommended. It's also great that when a video is being made, photos can be saved to another location at the same time.
I still have a bit of trouble with the user interface. It's not really intuitive. The motion detection still reacts to the light from the house. I'm sure I can solve that with the sensitivity, it would just be nice to know at what setting people are detected. But I will buy 95% more Lupus cameras to complete the system.Pro
