Delivery was super fast. The only problem was that the TV was left outside the door without me being informed
Green tint!
As soon as you are not sitting in the centre of the TV, the whole picture has a green tint!

DOA and the device must be sent to the service centre for clarification, according to Digitec.
A service case was simply opened and now you can't even request a return if I don't want to put myself through the stress and by the time the device has been checked, the 30-day return period is also over!
Sorry, but I think it's a joke that I as a customer have to send a new device to a service centre and hope for it:
1) The device is checked properly
2) It doesn't come back damaged (I had tool marks on my old Samsung after it had been to the service centre)
3) The 30 day return policy still works

Familiar LG perfection
The TV is the 3rd generation of the LG C series that I now own and by far the best so far, excellent picture and lightning fast OS. Simply perfect.
