The multifunctional device is OK for home use. The printer takes a while to start up, but the time it takes to print is acceptable. The quality of the print result is not bad either. But what really bothers me is the scanning. The user manual (which is only available on the homepage) doesn't mention that a scanner tool has to be downloaded from the Lexmark homepage in order to be able to scan at all. In addition, I have not yet found out how to scan two sheets of paper in succession to form one document. It couldn't be more complicated and it's very badly described. I really don't know what Lexmark was thinking. Otherwise, it would be a good device at a reasonable price. I can't say how long the toners will last.
The installation via the Lexmark app is very easy, I connected my device to the wifi network, made the mistake at the beginning to connect it to the 5GHz network, worked great for about 1 hour and then the printer was no longer available. After some research I read that the device is not designed for the 5GHz network, so I connected it to the 2.4GHz network and have had no problems since then.
When I first tried duplex printing, the paper jammed in the printer, it was always fed in at an angle, which could be easily removed by opening the rear flap. When inserting the printer paper into the paper tray, the spacers should be pushed exactly to the paper size, then the duplex printing works great.
The Lexmark app and Mopira Print work very well on my mobile phone and tablet with many additional print settings. I searched for a new printer in the print settings on my Windows 10 laptop and it was immediately found and embedded and works fine here too. All my devices run in the 5GHz network, only the printer via 2.4GHz, the communication is done by the router.
I have my device in constant standby, when I send a print job the device wakes up, carries out its work without any problems and then immediately switches back to standby mode.
I don't have to say much about the copier and scanner function, they do what they are supposed to do.
The print quality and speed are also absolutely satisfactory.

So for the money, nothing to complain about. Except no software for the scanner, which is really stupid.

The printer part is good, but if you need sophisticated scanner functions, you won't find them here right away. The scanner software is not on the CD supplied.

After only 1 month of use I noticed that if the black printing is of good quality, as soon as there is a little colour, it is really very very bad. I had the impression of seeing a page printed with an old inkjet printer whose print heads are not aligned at all.
I did some test printing, and I put the files here for reference, between what I sent to the printer and what it actually printed. It's really a disaster. I'm trying to get a warranty from Digitec but I'm afraid they'll say it's normal and that changing the printer won't change anything... To be continued...

This has been our worst IT purchase in the past 12 months. Extremely unreliable and very expensive to maintain. I have lost so much time trying to use the basic functionality which seems to stop at random. I will never purchase anything again from Lexmark, stay away.

Good all-rounder.
The scanner setup was a bit of a hassle, but it worked and everything works tip-top.

The printer may be OK if you print very little. But if you print a few pages at a time, paper jams are inevitable.
The toners are very small - and not exactly cheap.
I regret buying this printer - a clear mistake.

Have been able to set up everything myself (even as a tech buff). The printer is not bulky and does well in a small office.

I like it very much when such a device, without which I have to look in the manual, get quite quickly and self to run.
